Because each pair is hand-built and hand-finished, minor variations in finish are a natural characteristic of the product and are not defects. We have made every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colors and finishes is exact. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person or geographic region, to limit order quantities, and to discontinue any product at any time. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Billing. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers or that we suspect to be fraudulent; if we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with the order and will refund any amount paid. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed with us.

5. Preorders and Lead Times. Certain products are built to order. Estimated build and shipping times are provided in our Shipping Policy and in communications from us; they are estimates, not guarantees. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before your order ships.

Material on this Site is provided for general information and may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information, or cancel orders affected by such errors, at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. Any reliance on material from this Site is at your own risk.

7. Third-Party Links and Tools. The Service may include materials or links from third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services, and provide access to them "as is" without warranties or endorsement. Except as expressly stated by us (including in our product Warranty), the Service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. For products that carry our written Six-Month Limited Warranty, implied warranties are not disclaimed; to the extent permitted by law, they are instead limited in duration to the term of that written warranty, as stated in the Warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability.
