Where We Ship. Moch Audio currently ships within the United States only.

Build Time. Every pair of B-1s is built to order by hand, and right now that means a wait: please allow up to two months (8 weeks) from your order date for your speakers to ship. You will receive an email update from us every week between your order and your ship date, so you always know where your pair stands. Once shipped, transit within the United States typically takes 2–7 business days.

Carriers and Tracking. We ship via major ground carriers (such as UPS or FedEx). You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Shipping Charges. Any shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Inspect on Arrival. Please inspect the cartons and both speakers when they arrive. If anything was damaged in transit, email info@mochaudio.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the shipping cartons and the damage. Transit damage reported within this window will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may require them for a claim.

Lost or Missing Shipments. If your tracking has stopped updating, or shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us within 7 days and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.

Shipping Address. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address, email us before your order ships; once a package is with the carrier, we cannot guarantee rerouting, and costs from undeliverable or refused shipments may be deducted from any refund.

Canceling a Preorder. You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Just email us with your order number.

Delays. We're a small shop, and we'll always be honest with you: component availability and carrier issues can occasionally add time. If your build is running long, your weekly update will say so. Moch Audio is not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment is in transit.
