Return & Refund Policy

Every pair of B-1 loudspeakers comes with a 30-day in-home trial. We would rather you judge the speakers in your own room, with your own music, than in any showroom — and if they're not for you, returning them is straightforward.

The Trial. You have 30 calendar days from the date your speakers are delivered (per the carrier's delivery confirmation) to initiate a return. The in-home trial applies to purchases made directly from www.mochaudio.com and is limited to one trial pair per customer or household.

Condition for a Full Refund. To qualify for a full refund of the purchase price, the speakers must be returned in original condition: free of scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage; in full working order; unmodified; and packed in all original packaging materials, including both grilles and the owner's manual. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, or to reduce the refund accordingly, only when returned speakers arrive damaged, incomplete, modified, or otherwise outside these conditions.

How to Start a Return. Email info@mochaudio.com within the 30-day window with your order number and the reason for your return. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your RA number, with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns sent without an RA number may be refused or experience delayed processing.

Return Shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend a trackable service with shipping insurance; Moch Audio is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, and refunds cannot be issued for returns that do not arrive. Any original shipping charges paid at purchase are non-refundable.

Your Refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned speakers, we will notify you by email of the approval or any adjustment to your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges. We process exchanges as a return plus a new order. Email us and we'll walk you through it.

Damaged on Arrival. If your speakers arrive damaged from shipping, do not use this policy — that isn't a return, and it costs you nothing. See our Shipping Policy and contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

SIX-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

Moch Audio LLC warrants the B-1 loudspeaker to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for six months from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not misuse, accidents, moisture, over-powering, amplifier clipping, modification, or normal wear. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the unit, at our discretion. To make a claim, email info@mochaudio.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Any implied warranties on this product, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the six-month term of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Moch Audio LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Note: damage that occurs during original delivery to you is handled under our Shipping Policy at no cost — report it within 72 hours of delivery. The warranty above covers defects that appear during ownership.
