Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our speakers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Moch Audio speakers, you can return them for a refund under the following conditions:
30-Day In-Home Trial
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your speakers (as indicated by the shipping carrier's delivery date) to initiate a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a full refund, the returned speakers must be in like-new condition. This means:
No scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage.
Speakers must be in perfect working order.
Must include all original packaging materials.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the returned items do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at info@MochAudio.com within the 30-day window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Include your original order number and the reason for your return in the email.
Once you receive your RA number, carefully pack the speakers in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned speakers, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank).
