Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Moch Audio LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.mochaudio.com (the "Site").

6. Data Retention. We retain order records for as long as needed to provide warranty service, resolve disputes, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law; we will honor valid requests as required.

8. Children. The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
